Lance is the Founder of HedgeFundSpaces.com, the only source for office space news and advice for hedge funds & boutique financial services firms. Having represented hundreds of hedge funds and asset management tenants with their real estate needs over the years, many start-ups included, The HedgeFundSpaces.com Team is intimately familiar with the technology, infrastructure, and other necessities of both early and mature financial companies. His team is regularly in touch with the majority of these New York City based entities and consistently monitors the appropriate buildings and available spaces (including subleases and off market-yet available opportunities) that would suit their clients’ needs. Additionally, they have existing relationships and real estate experiences with all of the relevant New York City based landlords, and often know about direct availabilities before they hit the market.

To date, Lance has been involved in over 2,000,000 square feet of leasing transactions and has become a well-respected voice in the real estate industry.
