Princeton Holdings Inks 5,700 sf Lease at The Seagram Building – 375 Park Avenue

Princeton Holdings, a New York based real estate investment firm led by Joseph Tabak, recently inked a lease for the partial 16th floor at 375 Park Avenue, better known as The Seagram Building.  The company reportedly signed a 10 year lease for approximately 5,700 rsf.  Asking rents for Aby Rosen’s trophy asset were about $140 psf.  (Looking for a sublease or other availability in The Seagram building?  Click here.)

The asset is best known for its lavish plaza entrance, surrounded by fountains and Rosen’s eclectic (and uber-expensive) collection of artwork.  The architectural wonder, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, is home to some of the most prestigious tenants and hedge funds in the world, including Russian billionaire and the Brooklyn Nets’ co-owner, Mikhail Prokhorov.

The ultra luxury office building, which is known to have some of the highest rents in New York City, is home to power eateries, Brasserie and The Four Seasons.  Additionally, it also boasts a parking garage with direct access to the building.
