375 Park Avenue is a building synonymous with success, luxury, cache and prestige. The architect? Mies Van Der Rohe. The dining hall? The Four Seasons. The zip code? Its very own. The artwork on display? A rotating exhibit of Picasso, Koons, Basquiat, Hirst and Warhol. The owner? Savvy real estate investor, art collector and socialite, Aby Rosen.
Tasked with the challenge of attracting and retaining the most elite companies and notable executives in the world, how did RFR (Aby’s real estate firm) choose to improve The Seagram Building experience? The answer… It created an executive only amenity floor with outdoor space.
The folks at RFR were kind enough to give us a first look at the brand new amenity floor. Built to a very high standard with wood and glass, the luxurious and serene common space boasts a library, dining area, lounge chairs, private restrooms and outdoor roof-deck that will be furnished with seating and tables. With exclusive access for select company executives (a key card will be required), the floor is ideal for hosting intimate lunch or dinner meetings, cocktail events, or for just eating breakfast while catching up on the news. The pantry will be stocked with fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and liquor, and tenants will be able to order Brasserie or Four Seasons for delivery. According to Mr. Rosen, the added perk “will let executives spend time away from their offices to meet friends and clients in an environment that’s disarming”.
